Paul Gray Builders is an independent family-owned business with a proud 20-year history of delivering quality homes in Bendigo. Our team of 18 is led by founder and director Paul Gray, who is hands-on in every aspect of every project.

The beauty of working with a local and independent builder, rather than a big brand builder, is that you are in contact with the builder - not a project manager.

Paul reviews your plans, and is regularly on-site to check in on progress and ensure every aspect of the project meets the Paul Gray quality standard. Paul is the project manager, on-site builder, and mediator (you talk directly to Paul if you have any issues).

Paul loves every aspect of helping people realise their dream home. Naturally, Paul loves being on site helping to bring a plan to life; but he gets just as much pleasure giving people advice well before they even consider engaging us. Paul will even drive out to inspect your block and give his feedback and recommendations to ensure you avoid any unnecessary costs or holdups. People are often surprised to see Paul at the display home, answering people's questions about their build; but he enjoys meeting people and helping them navigate the biggest and most daunting project they ever undertake. This still drives him 20 years on.
